Aroma: salted watermelon, cranberry
Flavor: citrus and red apple
Traditional European sparkling wine methods were used to create this classic sparkling wine. The grapes were picked early to ensure delicate flavors and refreshing acidity. The wine was yeast fermented a second time inside the bottle for natural carbonation. Bottles were aged 9 months prior to riddling, disgorgement and final corking.
Almost anything! Specifically, fresh salads, brie and soft creamy cheeses, seafood, fried foods, BBQ, chocolate covered strawberries, most hors d'oeuvres, even popcorn!
