Aromas of nectarine and starfruit. Flavors of peach, tangerine and kiwifruit.
The Riesling was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural fresh fruit flavors for which this grape is known. This wine has a little residual sweetness to balance its refreshing acidity. A little Muscat Blanc was added for extra flavor richness and aromatic complexity.
Pairs well with cheese (especially Asiago, Cheddar, Gorgonzola, Gruyere), seafood (salmon, tuna, crab, sushi and sashimi), Asian style food, fresh salads, Indian style food
