Firefly Rosé 2017
Aromas of fresh strawberries and watermelon are followed by complex flavors of pomegranate, watermelon, and green apple.
This dry rosé was made from early harvested Sangiovese grapes. The grapes were pressed prior to fermentation and the juice clarified. The resulting in dark pink grape juice was then fermented cold in stainless steel tanks to preserve and enhance its natural red berry flavors.
