Traditional European sparkling wine methods were used to create this classic sparkling wine. The grapes were picked early to ensure delicate flavors and refreshing acidity. The wine was yeast fermented a second time inside the bottle for natural carbonation. Bottles were aged 9 months prior to riddling, disgorgement and final corking.
Triple Cream (Brie-Style) cheese, Buttered popcorn, Buttercream sauce, Shrimp and shellfish, Salami, Veggies, Smoked-salmon, Stuffed-Mushrooms, Caviar, Fried calamari, Egg dishes, Foie gras, Oysters, Sweet bread and Marscapone cheese, Fruit-based desserts, Shortbread cookies.
