This wine is a complex blend of Syrah from 3 very different vineyards: Columbia Valley and Horse Heaven Hills in Washington state, and grapes grown in West Tennessee. The wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 18 months.
Pairs well with steak, lamb, short ribs, BBQ, smoked bratwurst, recipes with pepper and Tuscan herbs.
