The grapes for this Syrah blend were sourced from a few different vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA (American Viticulture area) in Washington state. Fermented in Stainless Steel tanks for up to 18 days. The wine was aged in French-made American oak barrels (20% new, 80% used) for 14 months.
Pairs well with steak, lamb, short ribs, BBQ, smoked bratwurst, recipes with pepper and Tuscan herbs.
