Shipping FAQs

 

Orders in by 10am CST Monday-Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after 10am will typically ship the following business day (weather permitting). We do not ship out on Federal Holidays.

Important: Your wine shipment must be signed for by someone who is at least 21 years of age. FedEx is not allowed to leave wine shipments on a doorstep.

 

SHIPPING FAQs

Orders placed by 10am CST Monday-Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after 10am will typically ship the following business day weather permitting. The Shipping department is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST. If you have any questions about your order or its delivery status, please call us at 615.395.0102 or email us at Shipping@arringtonvineyards.com. Arrington Vineyards is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Hours are subject to change.

 

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and shipping service selected but rates are based on the following bottle quantities:

  • Tier One - 1 to 2 bottles $22-$28
  • Tier Two - 3 to 4 bottles $24-$32
  • Tier Three - 5 to 6 bottles $30-$39
  • Tier Four – 7 to 12 bottles $36-$61

Wine Club members who purchase 12 bottles or more will receive complimentary shipping with every order placed, up to $61 in savings!

Gift Cards purchased online are mailed out Monday-Friday via USPS First Class Mail and the postage Fee of $3.55 will be applied to your order total upon checkout. USPS Tracking details are provided to the email address listed on each order.

CAN I EXPEDITE SHIPPING?

Overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge. You will be presented with the option to select from available shipping options upon checkout. Overnight shipping is available Monday-Friday. Express orders placed on Fridays will be shipped out the following business day unless you select Saturday delivery. We suggest placing your order on Wednesday should you wish to select the 2-Day shipping option. An additional charge of $16.00 may be applied for Saturday deliveries selected on overnight orders.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, General Delivery, or APO/FPO. When shipping wine, we strongly recommend that you use a business address if possible, as someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO REROUTE MY PACKAGE?

If you will not be home to sign for your shipment, you can contact FedEx at 1-800-Go-Fed-Ex. Provide them with your tracking number and they can hold it at a FedEx location near you to pick up at your convenience. You can also contact the shipping department directly 615-395-0102 and they will be able to reroute the package to a new address for an additional fee.

 

CAN I OPT TO PICKUP MY WINE CLUB ORDER RATHER THAN HAVE IT SHIPPED?

Absolutely! Will call is available to Wine Club members. If your wines are scheduled to ship, you may contact the Wine Club team prior to the order processing deadline and request for them to hold your order for pick up at the winery. You should receive an email at the beginning of each Club month with important dates including order processing. Someone from the Wine Club Team should be in touch with you to confirm the change has been made. Wine Club pickup orders must be claimed within 30 days of notification. After 30 days, your order will be shipped to you from the winery and shipping costs will be applied to your account. WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?

Shipments of alcohol require an adult signature for delivery. Consider shipping to a place of business to ensure your wines are delivered the first time! Purchasers are responsible for all taxes, shipping or handling fees, including shipments that are refused, returned or shipped to an old address. Should your wine shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the full shipping rate charged. All shipments returned back to Arrington Vineyards are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All online orders must be paid by credit card. We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Arrington Vineyards Gift Cards.

 

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE TROUBLE ORDERING?

If you are having trouble ordering wine from the Arrington Vineyards online store, please email Shipping@arringtonvineyards.com or call us at 615.395.0102. Your email or voicemail will be responded to within 24 hours during the week and 48 hours over the weekend by the Shipping Department. Please note that the Shipping Department and Business Office is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

 

WEATHER RESTRICTIONS

Because of our sensitivity to the temperature variances that can occur during the summer months, we generally ship Monday through Wednesday during periods of high heat (above 85°F) to ensure same week delivery. We also have the ability to include gel packs to protect packages from heat spikes. We may, at times, contact customers to consult on overnight shipping or a holding the shipment back to ensure the integrity of their wines.
