This dry rosé was made from early harvest Sangiovese grapes. We pressed the grapes prior to fermentation in order to ferment the juice only without the grape skins. The resulting dark pink grape juice was then fermented cold to preserve and enhance its fresh fruit flavors.
Summertime/ picnic wine, goes well with burgers, chicken salad and mild cheeses.
